Prolonged because of huge success. The Amsterdam Biennale 2009 presents the contemporary art scene from all over the world. More than thirty international curators from the Mediamatic network provide their view of art in their city. The Biennale is a project in progress. The 12th of December we celebrate the completion of the exhibition from 20.00 hrs on. Then we have 35 pavilions on show: the pavilions of Kabul, Naples, Amsterdam 1, Melbourne, Belgrado, Damascus, Munchen, Boston, Cairo, Damascus, Tallinn, Amsterdam 2,

Lima, Stuttgart, Portland, Kobe, Istanbul, Casablanca, Seoul, Bogota, Tokyo, Leeds, Toronto, St. Petersburg, Tehran, Rio de Janeiro, Amsterdam 3, Bamako, Taipei, Brooklyn, Rome, Copenhagen, Milan, Porto Allegre and Nicosia. The Biennale can be visited until January 3, 2010.
