Submission Guidelines

Note: adding a new listing without being not logged in has the disadvantage that you cannot edit your entry in the future.
First register and log in!!

Before submitting your company, please search our directory to make sure that we do not already have your company listed.
For example: submit to Transport/Rent a Cars

You may submit your company to a maximum of 2 sub-categories. Please ensure that the contact name that you provide is the marketing contact for your company. This is the address the Business Index will use if we or visitors contact your company regarding information, press releases, or product spotlight information.

For validation purposes, only companies with a emailadress and a website will be included in our directory. Each submission is individually reviewed for relevance and accuracy, and thus may take 2 or 3 days to be added to our directory. You will receive an email once your submission has been accepted.

When you prefer to add the latitude and longitude of your company (showing you on the Google map in Visit Holland) you can find the geographic coordinates in the attached interactive Google map. Click on the location of your comany on the map and you will see the latitude and longitude! Copy these coordinates and use in in your data-entry in the business-index. Your entry will have a Google Map including travel directions.

Full Premium Listing: Full Premium listings cost only €75,-/Year. You can select up to 2 categories at no extra cost. If you wish to select more categories..... contact us. Until 1-1-2009 this service will be for free.

More features such as a logo or a photo, links to your web site, a company title, text fields for services are also included in our yearly subscription. We offer complimentary services to help you to promote your tourism activities.

Premium listings appear in visitholland.nl as soon as we receive your payment - Pay Pal Payments. Until 1-1-2009 this service will be for free.
