SECOND EDITION OF MAASTRICHT AT THE CONFERENCE TABLE

MEETINGS FOR A GOOD PRICE AND A GOOD CAUSE DURING THE SECOND EDITION OF MAASTRICHT AT THE CONFERENCE TABLE (AUGUST 4TH-18TH 2013)

From 4 to 18 August 2013 inclusive, one can meet again in Maastricht & region for a good price and a good cause: it’s the second edition of Maastricht at the Conference Table.  The end of the summer is the perfect moment to explore new ideas and to give inspiration and creativity a boost. Maastricht is therefore preparing the conference table for meeting planners during the special initiative Maastricht at the Conference Table!
During Maastricht at the Conference Table, at various locations, one can book a meeting package at the special rate of € 35.20 per person. Every package includes a symbolic donation of € 0.20 to the charity Fill the Cup, which works to provide school meals via the World Food Programme. The sum of € 0.20 may not seem much, but for just 20 cents a child in an impoverished country can be given a healthy meal at school.

For many parents, the provision of meals is a reason to send their child to school rather than to work. This allows children to gain an education to escape from hunger and poverty.  Small change, big difference!

Maastricht aan
Maastricht at the Conference Table (Maastricht aan de Vergadertafel) is part of the successful Maastricht aan concept, which also includes Maastricht aan Tafel (Maastricht Dining Experience) and Maastricht aan de Bar (Maastricht at the bar).

From August 4th-18th 2013, one can enjoy a three-course meal in several fine restaurants in Maastricht & region as well as an aperitif & tapas for two for € 10.20 in a number of characterful pubs and cafés.  Every Maastricht aan Tafel menu and Maastricht aan de Bar aperitif also contributes a symbolic donation of € 0.20 to the charity Fill the Cup. In short: want to enjoy culinary Maastricht after a meeting? Have a seat at one of the participating restaurants and/or pubs!

The following locations join in Maastricht at the Conference Table: Amrâth Grand Hotel de l'Empereur,  Apart Hotel Randwyck, Beaumont Hotel Restaurant, Bonnefantenmuseum | Ipanema, Château St. Gerlach, Crowne Plaza Maastricht, Designhotel Maastricht - Hamsphire Eden, Golfbaan Het Rijk van Margraten, Grand Café Maastricht Soiron, Hotel Derlon, Hotel Van der Valk Maastricht, Kruisherenhotel, La Butte aux Bois, La Caverne de Geulhem, Landal Kasteeldomein De Cauberg, Novotel Maastricht, Vaeshartelt Estate
